  • Do you accept donations of containers?
    Yes, please! We clean, sterilize and give them a second life. We really appreciate donated containers arriving empty and washed.
  • Where are all of your products from?
    All products and companies that are represented at The Botanique & Co Refillery are American. We have taken a lot of time to seek out the companies we have partnered with to ensure that they are of the highest standards for environmental and social responsibility. We have also tested every product to ensure it quality and value.
  • Why are the Botanique refillery bottles aluminum?
    We don't want anyone taking a mason jar into the shower with them. Also, aluminum is EASILY recycled, 75% of all aluminum every produced is still in use today.
  • Why do I have to pay a deposit for The Botanique & Co bottle?
    To keep refill costs low and reusing high. This way after your initial deposit we are not continuously charging you for containers. If you are not using it, we want it back.
  • Do I have to fill my container to the top?
    No, you pay by weight of product. Buy what you need, nothing more, nothing less.
  • Do I have to order the same product to reuse my Botanique refillery bottle?
    No. Want to try a different product, scent or size? You got it. As long as you have a bottle to exchange we will bring you a new one. If there is a different in the deposit amount, we will sure to refund you any difference.
  • Do my containers have to be empty in order to refill?
    No. We understand that all of your household needs do not run out at the same time. If you need to refill your shampoo and only top up your condition, you will only pay for the new product you add to your container. We know it is common sense however we recommend topping up with the same product.
  • Can I refill my own container?
    Yes and we encourage it! Just make sure your container is clean and dry. Oh, and top tip for refilling ...... never look away!
  • How does refilling in store work?
    It is pretty simple. Weigh your container, scan your container tag, fill your container and check out, just like a regular store. Don't worry, we are here to help you.
  • What if I don't have my own container?
    We have many options for you. You can borrow one with $5 deposit required or buy one at our store.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship in national wide U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and shipping fee are waived for order over $150.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We are currently not offer delivery but you can shop online for same day in store pick up if order by 1pm otherwise, you order will be ready within 24 hours. We will send you and email or message when your orders ready to pick up.
  • How can I order "refillables" online?
    It's better if you come refill with us in store and we have many refillable products available to purchase. However, if you need to order online might be possible by the inquiry request by sent us messages. These refillables are available in 120 ml (4 oz.) quantities and will be delivered or shipped to you in a sterilize upcycle container.
  • What if I don't like my products, can I return it?
    Plants and Refillery products are not returnable (can't put the toothpaste back in the tube). We encourage you to just try a little bit and if you love it come back and fill your container. For all other non-refillable products if you are not happy with you purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can see what we can do.
  • My shipment showed up broken, can I get a refund?
    We always do our best to avoid this but it happens. If products show up broken please take a picture and email us at hello@thebotaniqueco.com right away. Since you ordered online we are happy to refund you directly for the broken items or send you a replacement.
