Online orders being shipped domestically are processed within 1 - 2 days for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.

All special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, a The Botanique & Cot team member will reach out directly with information.

International Shipping

The Botanique & Co. available to shipping our products world wide with no minimum purchase. Shipping cost may vary depend on destination. International shipping has custom fee depend on your country destination responsible by customers. To be honestly, shipping cost nowadays aren't affordable like before. However, we would love to help you by not effect our high cost with special offer free shipping when you make a purchase $150 and more.

The Botanniqe & Co deliver our selection houseplants within Charlottesville and U.S. nationwide excepted Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping cost may very depend on your destination. All plants orders are final sale.

Local Delivery and Club Side Pick Up

Order indoor plants and refillery online for same day in store pick up available if orders before 1pm. For special order, like gifts wrap or note, please give us attention on a message at check out.
