This private online 90-minute workshop is designed to help you end your evening with a lighter body and a quieter mind. It's your space to reset - mentally, physically, and emotionally - from the comfort of your own home. You have done enough already. Now, it's time to just be, breathe, stretch, and let go. A gentle practice, open to every body. All levels welcome. What's included: * Breath practices to calm you nervous system * Reflective journaling prompts to clear your mind * Gentle yin stretches to release tension * Guided meditation to help you unwind One-on-one. No distractions. Just you, your breath, and time to reconnect. This session is online via Zoom and by appointment only

We understand that you might have something came up in urgent. We use our time essentials each day to help more people out there. We are trying our very best to serve every one equally and running our small business, if you can make it, please let us know in advance so we can have enough time to help other friends that really need help. For free event, we recommend to register to save your spot. So, we could prepare enough materials after the event. All workshop events required to register due to we provide all the materials for your and we would like to know ahead either you can attend the session. So, we can provide enough materials.
