Eros Writing. A 5-Week Writing program for personal (and collective) Alignment. Thursdays 5:30-6:45pm at The Botanique and Co. Five weekly themes with somatic alignment teacher, Anin Lee. (Instagram: @guideaninlee) Anin (Erin) has been leading somatic healing and deep energy work programs in the US and abroad for many years. She is trained in somatics and clinical social work and has experience working with individuals from small business and corporations. After a recent 7 year cycle of finding her own personal alignment, she is looking forward to offering a 5-week session to help you connect more deeply with your heart and the work the world needs. Anin supportively guides the nervous system into a place of safety and flow, allowing words and messages to emerge from our heart and onto the paper. This program is designed to run 5 weeks before our Inner Peace Summer Retreat, which you can attend as a culmination of the program, if you desire! This program is hosted in our energy room at The Botanique and Co. We will start each week with tea and mind-body grounding before journaling, sharing and reflection. All levels and ages are welcome. Ground - Where am I at right now? Reflect - What was my journey over the past 7 years? Release - What am I ready to let go? Envision - What do I see for myself and the collective? Create - What are some practical steps to get there? Bring a journal and pen, computer or purchase writing supplies in the shop. 10% discount for participants. Tea provided. $25/week or $100/series.
