Inner Peace Retreat

Initially, I wasn't sure how to begin this blog, but I decided to let my thoughts flow naturally as I typed. Last fall, 2025, I found myself filled with knowledge and experiences that I can share and teach, particularly in the correct practice of meditation and spiritual cleansing, which involve various techniques and processes. I've learned a great deal independently. With over 35 years of meditation experience, I've gained significant insights. I offer guided meditation and sound healing classes every Sunday at The Botanique & Co store in the Historic Downtown Mall, Charlottesville, VA, catering to all ages from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Meditation requires practice, time, and patience. You can meditate anywhere and at any time you choose; you just need to find a quiet space and begin connecting with your inner self. Everyone has different goals and purposes, and the way you meditate might be unique to you without you even realizing it.



How does this retreat actually start?


One morning, while meditating, I envisioned myself teaching meditation and energy cleansing. Everything aligned in the physical world to make it a reality. I had never considered such a possibility before; it just appeared and unfolded like magic. Reflecting on it, I realize it was destined to happen. When I first saw the vision, I frequently wondered "How?" but then, unexpectedly, everything fell into place within two months, and I accomplished it.


I have been meditating since I was about 6 or 7 years old, starting at the temple with other young children in my village, guided by a knowledgeable spiritual monk. Every evening after school, my mom would take my brothers and me to the temple for meditation practice, five times a week. I have experienced things within our inner world that are difficult to explain, understood only by those on the same wavelength or level, from the inner soul without words. I have encountered many things and always have endless questions, but instead of asking my parents, I often meditate, and the answers always appear, like my conscious GPS map.


Meditation has become an integral part of my life, and I can't overlook this daily practice. It assists me with various challenges I encounter in any situation. It has transformed my health, relationships, memory, awareness, connection with nature, and understanding of the Earth's language. I've come to realize that this world is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I am deeply grateful to be here in this lifetime on Earth and to have the opportunity to help others who allow me to aid in their awakening.


I may appear younger than my actual age, but in the spiritual realm, I am rich with knowledge and experiences.

Our retreat will take place in a stunning spacious cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Vesuvius, Central Virginia. This serene setting provides a calm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxation, reflection, and taking a moment to slow down.


Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, you will find a renewed connection to you inner peace.



Accommodation


We offer a private retreat accommodating small groups of up to 8 participants. The price includes a shared room, all meals, yoga mats, and activities. If you prefer a private room, we have a limited number available on a first-come, first-served basis. These private rooms include a private bathroom, and you can choose between a king-size bed or a queen-size bed.





We are much more than just a retreat. In our retreats, we combine breathwork with meditation, movement, healthy food and yoga to deepen our connection to ourselves and find unity, which is the true meaning of self-love and reconnecting to yourself.
