Recently, I have learned about our body energy and it's really connecting with our soul and mind. I found that doing meditation is helping me connect my higher energy and create good vibration.

I would love to share some of my experiences here. Now, let's talk about how I get into this energy learning. Start from the beginning, I started practices meditation when I was around 5-6 years old, my mom would take me and my brothers to the temple after 6pm for meditation class group with many other kids around our town. We would start with chanting for 30 minutes and then quiet moment with meditation for another 30 minutes.
